Owner’s Representation

By serving as the owner’s advocate and “eyes and ears,” we reduce risk, prevent costly issues, and allow owners to stay focused on their core business while remaining fully informed.
Pre-Construction
Strong planning is the foundation of a successful project. ABC’s pre-construction process focuses on coordination, cost certainty, and risk reduction before construction begins.
We review drawings and specifications for constructibility, value, and alignment with client goals, and guide the transition from Issued for Tender to fully coordinated Issued for Construction documents. Incorporating trade input early minimizes change orders, delays, and unnecessary costs.

Construction Management
Construction Management provides flexibility, transparency, and early cost control.
ABC acts as the owner’s representative and in-house construction team, managing budget, schedule, site operations, and coordination from pre-construction through completion.

Tendering and subcontract administration
Schedule development and sequencing
Site supervision, coordination, and safety
Occupancy and close-out documentation
PASSIVE HOUSE
ABC supports high-performance, energy-efficient construction. Alex has completed Passive House Design training through Passive House Canada and the Passive House Tradesperson Course at BCIT. We work with forward-thinking clients to deliver durable, comfortable buildings with exceptional long-term energy performance.
