The Frances Building
Successfully completed in early 2017, this 30,000 square foot warehouse renovation project is located on Frances Street, in the rapidly growing Woodland Park neighbourhood in Vancouver, BC. Highlights of the project include new concrete slabs-on-grade, refurbished existing structural wood beams, polished concrete floors, sprinklers, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, energy-efficient aluminum windows, curtain wall glazing, as well as HVAC and structural components to accommodate new commercial tenants, including Earnest Ice Cream, Public: Architecture + Communication, Timbertrain Coffee Depot, Porchlight Press, and Metropolitan Printers.
